Two different desks handle FDW questions — here is which one you need.

Desk 01 · Retail partner

Orders, delivery & returns

Purchases made through the price buttons are fulfilled through FDW's authorised listings at our retail partner, and FDW's own service team answers on every listing.

  1. Open the order in your account at the retail platform where you completed checkout.
  2. Use the order's help options — FDW responds to seller messages directly and ships replacement hardware for assembly issues.
  3. Keep the original packaging until the product is assembled and checked; compressed mattresses and flat-packed furniture are easiest to return in their box.

Spec errors & dead links

Spotted an outdated price, a wrong dimension or a broken link on one of our data sheets? That is our desk, not the retailer's.

  1. Note the page address and what looks wrong.
  2. Send it to the address below — a screenshot helps but is not required.
  3. We check the claim against the live listing and correct verified errors within days.

Mattresses

Sleepable the first night, rated height after up to 72 hours of expansion. Open the vacuum wrap the day it arrives.

Wire shelving & dog crate

Tool-free by design — pressure clips on the shelving, fold-out panels and slide latches on the crate.

Recliner

Backrest slots onto the base, four legs screw in by hand. About two minutes, no tools.

Wicker patio sets

Thread all bolts loosely first, square the frame on level ground, then tighten evenly. Never fully tighten the first bolt.
